Please read our Privacy Policy and how it relates to the laws and rules of your practice. Results vary with all of our products and services and there is no guarantee, material, or implied. By using any of our products and services you agree that Fan Page Generator, LLC/The Smart Chiropractor will be held harmless, in all manner, in regards to their use.

Refunds

Purchases made from The Smart Chiropractor store are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Subscription Services

Month-to-Month

Month-to-month subscription services renew automatically and on a monthly cycle based upon the purchase date, and your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase (or the introductory rate during the introductory period) plus applicable taxes each month. Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged. The month of the completion of the cancellation process will be the final month charged for the service. The form on the cancellation page must be completed and submitted for the cancellation request to be processed and considered complete. Month-to-month subscription services are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships (including Patient Pilot Pro services) are a 12-month commitment to services and are billed monthly. The membership period begins as soon as the credit card is billed successfully and auto-renews in 1-year terms. To end an annual membership at 12 months without renewal, cancellation notice must be provided at least 14 days before the end of the 1-year period. To terminate an annual membership early, 60 days’ notice is required. During the 60 days, services will continue to be delivered, and billing will continue.

Annual memberships are non-refundable.

ROI Guarantee Discontinuation 1/1/2024:

Please note we no longer offer the ROI (Return on Investment) Guarantee that was previously available. This decision was made after careful consideration and in our ongoing efforts to provide the most value to our members through other means.

Patient Pilot 3X ROI Guarantee

The Patient Pilot 3X ROI guarantee is based on the client/member having an active marketable email list (list cannot be purchased or rented) of email subscribers of at least 300 at the time of signing up for services after list scrubbing. The guarantee is based upon the following calculation, aggregated over a 1-year period. ROI is based on a $150 value per click for our Core service and $450 per click for our Pro service. Core Members: we estimate 3 visits per click with collections of $50 per visit, for a total of $150 per click.

While some clicks will result in single-visit wellness visits, others will be new health issues requiring a new active care plan which could be 6 visits or more. We’ve conservatively averaged this to 3 visits per click. Therefore, Patient Pilot guarantees at least 72 clicks per year to reach 3X ROI. If the client/member does not have a marketable list size of at least 300, does not add new patients to their Patient Pilot account at least monthly, discontinues service before 12 months from the initial start date, or at least 21,600 emails aren’t sent and delivered over the course of the year, the ROI guarantee is not valid. To qualify for the guarantee, you must submit a request to support@thesmartchiropractor.com within 30 days of cancellation. If you qualify for the guarantee, we will provide service at no cost until at least 72 clicks are achieved with your account to achieve the 3X ROI. Patient Pilot will not provide a refund of fees, but rather an extension of services at no cost until the minimum threshold of 72 clicks is met. At that time, you have the option to continue the service at the current membership rate or discontinue.”
