We don't publish a reactivation rate, because there isn't an honest single number. It varies enormously by practice, by offer, and most of all by whether the practice sends consistently. Move the slider to see different scenarios rather than trusting ours.

What this does and doesn't tell you.

It tells you: how large your dormant population actually is, and how low the bar is for reactivation to pay for itself. Most practices have never done this subtraction.

It doesn't tell you: how many patients will come back. Nobody can tell you that in advance. What we can tell you is what moves it — sending consistently, teaching rather than discounting, and calling patients back quickly when they respond.

Common questions.

  • Most chiropractic EHR systems show it on the main dashboard or under patient reports. If you can't find it, an approximate number works fine — this is a sizing exercise, not an audit.
